While we strive to prepare each report meticulously and with the utmost care, Payback Mantra (duastro.com) acknowledges the possibility of unexpected errors. In the event of such errors, our liability is limited to replacing the report with a rectified version.

Refund/Return Policy for Online and PDF Reports:

For Live Reports or PDF Reports, returns/refund are limited. All reports are prepared based on customer or user data directly. Therefore, any errors in date of birth, time, or place will not be corrected by Payback Mantra (duastro.com). Once the PDF or Live Prediction link is shared with the customer, it constitutes personalized prediction and cannot be refunded. We provide samples in Hindi and English, including sample explanation videos, so customers can review everything before placing an order. Additionally, for Live In-Depth Predictions, Payback Mantra (duastro.com) offers Free Predictions without any charges or payment details. Customers can purchase the Live In-Depth Prediction only if they are satisfied with the Free Prediction available.

In the case of multiple payments or errors made by Payback Mantra (duastro.com), such as delays in sending PDF reports or Live URL links within the specified time frame of a maximum of three (3) days, we will refund your amount within three (3) working days.

Refund/Return Policy for Product:

At Duastro, we do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for any products. This is because all our products come with personalized Poojas and rituals tailored to each individual customer. According to these rituals, items like Rudraksha, gemstones, and Mandir materials cannot be reused or provided to multiple customers. Customers are expected to perform the "Pravah" ritual themselves, which involves immersing these items in a holy river, such as the Ganga Ji, or any sea or river. This is why we cannot accept returns, provide refunds, or offer replacements for any products sold by Duastro.

However, if a product is proven to be counterfeit and sold by Duastro's vendors, and the customer can provide evidence of this within 5 working days, Duastro will confirm the authenticity of the claim. Upon confirmation, a refund will be issued promptly. To verify the authenticity, Duastro requires the customer to send the product to our head office for laboratory testing. If the test confirms the product is genuine, the customer will be responsible for covering the lab testing fees.
