Job Overview

Duastro is inviting experienced and spiritually disciplined Astrologers/Pandits to offer Pooja services to customers both online and at designated locations You will lead religious rituals and provide authentic astrological support while maintaining Duastro’s high service standards. This role blends tradition with technology to bring sacred experiences to homes and businesses through digital access.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform online and in-person poojas (e.g., Griha Pravesh, Navagraha Shanti, Lakshmi Pooja, etc.) as per Vedic traditions.
• Wear Duastro-branded attire (provided) during all pooja sessions to maintain professional presentation.
• Engage with customers through video calls with clarity, respect and positive spiritual energy.
• Use proper video equipment and good lighting to ensure high-quality streaming or recording of rituals.
• Assist customers with pre-pooja preparations and post-ritual guidelines.
• Ensure rituals are followed precisely and respectfully, aligned with tradition and the customer's intent.
• Coordinate with Duastro’s backend team for scheduling, pooja kits and content documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience conducting Vedic rituals and astrology-based ceremonies.
• Clear understanding of various Hindu poojas, horoscopes, planetary alignments and dosha nivaran practices.
• Proficiency in Hindi or regional languages; soft-spoken communication is essential.
• Familiarity with video calling platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and basic recording/sharing tools.
• Good internet connection and quiet indoor setting for remote pooja sessions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Duastro-designated locations (optional but preferred).
• Comfortable wearing Duastro’s official pooja attire during all sessions (mandatory).

• Every pooja must follow proper timing, rituals and mantras as per authentic scriptures.
• Astrologers must guide customers calmly, offer reassurance and avoid fear-based approaches.
• Maintain a clean, spiritual presentation (background, attire, tools) during all sessions.
• Ensure punctuality, clear audio/video setup and post-pooja follow-ups where required.
• Respect all faith backgrounds and respond to customer questions with grace and knowledge.
