- Personal Information: Name, mobile number (mandatory for verification and most features), email address, date of birth, place of birth, gender, family member details (for family kundli).
- Astrological & Query Data: Birth chart details, questions asked, chat/call transcripts with AI astrologer models.
- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent, PWA interactions, cookies data.
- Payment Data: Wallet recharge amounts, transaction IDs (card/CVV details are processed securely by payment gateways — we do not store them).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide free kundli, family kundli, content reading, order predictions / PDF reports / personal questions
- Enable AI chat and AI call with astrologer models using your wallet balance
- Process orders, deliveries, and wallet recharges
- Personalize your experience on astrologer dashboards (e.g. Harikesh Tiwari)
- Send support updates and resolve issues via WhatsApp
- Improve platform performance and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Sharing of Information
We share data only in these limited cases:
- With payment gateways — strictly for transaction processing
- With hosting, cloud, analytics providers under strict confidentiality agreements
- When required by law, court order, or government authority
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and IT Act / SPDI Rules. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of DuAstro services including the website, PWA app, free & paid astrology features, and personalized astrologer dashboards.
1. Service Delivery & Timelines
- PDF reports and complete predictions are delivered maximum within 24 hours after order confirmation.
- Once the PDF is delivered, the selected language cannot be changed — a new order is required if you need a different language.
- After 2 weeks from delivery date, we are not responsible for any issues related to delivered PDF reports (no revisions or samples provided).
- For any error, delay, or issue: Contact us only via official WhatsApp +91 98919 11557. We resolve reported issues within 24 hours of receiving your message (with proper replies). If you do not contact us, we are not responsible.
2. Payments & Wallet
All payments and wallet recharges are processed through the duastro.com platform. Funds are transferred directly to the respective astrologer/partner. DuAstro is not responsible for:
- Any delay or dispute in astrologer payouts
- Services or guarantees promised by astrologers that are not explicitly listed on their dashboard
Wallet balance can be used anytime, anywhere for AI chat and AI call features with any available astrologer model.
3. Limitation of Liability
DuAstro shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services
- Accuracy or outcomes of astrological readings / AI responses
- Services or claims not explicitly mentioned on the astrologer’s dashboard
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
